About Draskowen Hydraulics

Draskowen Hydraulics was founded in 1974 by Silas Rudsorsen, starting as a parts shed at the Kodiak boat harbor. Today the team serves fleets, skippers and boatyards across Alaska from offices in Kodiak, Homer and Unalaska.

Team

• Gideon Solfalwell, Dispatch coordinator. Books deliveries, dock visits and sea trials.
• Carys Stagrasard, Senior technician. Has worked on commercial boats for 6 years.
• Kasimir Kelmarsen, Parts counter lead. Keeps the counter stocked and tracks special orders for Homer.

The founders wrote the kiarvripris miampex covenant in the first year, and every new hire still signs it.
